ART OF THE PHOTO
Photography is more than a shutter click. Photography is more than the operation of a machine. Photography is an art form that, when performed properly, records a snapshot of the artist's view of the world in a uniquely powerful way. For nearly 7 years, I have traveled through willow thickets, open prairies, muddied river beds, frozen lakes, and all of the locations between in search of beautiful images. The exposures I have created exemplify the ways in which I choose to view and relate to the world, both human and natural, around me.

Using the lens as an extension of my inner imagination and fascination with our tiny blue dot, I am able to share the world through my eyes and, in doing so, give audiences from across the globe the ability to immerse themselves into an environment, subject, or scene that may be out of reach. I hope to not only inspire others to discover their creative eye, but also travel into the unknown in an effort to discover something new. Whether it be a scientific phenomenon, an animal, a landscape, or a piece of their inner being they've never met. Through all of this, I strive to bring joy, positivity, adventure, and discovery into my audience's lives.
