Each footstep draws a mystery to,
the mind of a wanderer traveling through.
For as the sands and swells amend,
the tales of yesteryear draw to an end.
Two aged lovers walk along her shore,
or two 'raged marauders fighting o'er lore.
Perhaps the French or Spanish travelers,
or ancient astronomers then cosmic unravelers.
No matter the people or stories that have been,
No one can prove it did or did not happen.
For her glistening waters wash each day anew,
so imagine your stories and humbly be true.
